Fudgesicles
Makes 6 servings

500 mL | milk | 2 cups |
75 mL | honey | ⅓ cups |
45 mL | cocoa powder | 3 tbsp. |
30 mL | cornstarch | 2 tbsp. |
5 mL | vanilla extract | 1 tsp. |
5 mL | butter or margarine | 1 tsp. |
- Mix 125 mL (½ cup) milk with cornstarch by shaking in small, tightly sealed container until well blended and no clumps remain. Pour into saucepan.
- Add remaining milk and all other ingredients to saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat on stove until little bubbles appear and mixture thickens.
- Cool slightly and pour into moulds. Freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Enjoy your fudgesicles and store leftovers in freezer.
Note: Honey is a safe and wholesome food for adults and children, but it should not be fed to infants less than a year old.
